What Is a Reload / Redeposit Bonus?

A reload bonus rewards you for funding your account again — not just the first time. Here's how it works and where the value really sits.

What it is

A reload bonus (also called a redeposit bonus) is a match or credit on deposits you make after your first one. Where a welcome bonus is a one-time reward for new clients, a reload bonus keeps rewarding you each time you top up — usually at a smaller percentage.

How it works

Mechanically it’s identical to a deposit bonus: the broker adds tradable credit, and you must meet a turnover requirement before profits are withdrawable. Some brokers apply the offer automatically to every deposit; others require you to opt in each time.

Is it worth it?

Same test as any bonus: can you clear the turnover, and do you trust the broker? Because reload percentages are often lower than the welcome offer, run the numbers in our value calculator before topping up, and browse the live reload & redeposit offers.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a reload bonus and a welcome bonus?

A welcome bonus applies to your first deposit as a new client. A reload (redeposit) bonus applies to deposits you make afterwards — it rewards you for funding again, often at a smaller percentage than the welcome offer.

Do reload bonuses have turnover requirements?

Almost always, yes — the same kind as a first-deposit bonus. The credit is usually non-withdrawable until you trade the required volume, so the real value depends on whether you can clear it.
